Standard Diagnostic Call-Out Fee

All Spa Types: £65 (deducted from repair cost if quote accepted)

Identify fault, assess issue, no repair included

Mileage Surcharge

15–30 miles: +£20
30–50 miles: +£40
Over 50 miles: Price on request

Standard Labour Charges

One Technician: £85 for the first hour and £50 for each additional hour.
Two Technicians: £120 for the first hour and £90 for each additional hour.

In certain cases, we may require additional technicians on-site to safely carry out manual handling or complex repairs — such as when a spa needs to be lifted or repositioned. Should this be necessary, we will always provide you with a full quotation in advance.

Consent

I understand this request is subject to availability and not all hot tub brands can be serviced. I understand the diagnostic call-out fee is non refundable in the event my hot tub cannot be serviced by Fiesta® Spas.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer – By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following: A diagnostic call-out fee of £65 applies to all service requests where fault diagnosis is required. This fee is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the total if you proceed with the repair. For non-Fiesta Luxe or non-Artesian hot tubs, service availability is subject to compatibility and parts accessibility. Appointments are not confirmed until a member of our team contacts you to verify details and provide an estimated time of arrival. Please do not make any arrangements until we confirm availability.
